Easy Procure was founded in August 2002 by specialists from industry, consulting and software development.

The enterprise developed out of the motivation to create a modular and branch-specific e-Sourcing solution, that covers the whole procurement process and concentrates on core functionalities. A primary goal was to create a simply operated software in order to ensure a simple implementation into the organizational structure of any enterprise. The restriction on core functionalities makes the software particularly user friendly and reduces training course expenditure both on the supplier side and for individual users.
